Payment Plan Policy

  • Full payment of remaining camp fees (after deposit) must be received by June 1.
  • Alternatively, registrants may opt into a payment plan consisting of monthly prior to the deadline. To enroll in the payment plan, the parent/guardian must:
    • provide a valid credit/debit card or ACH authorization;
    • understand that failed or declined payments may result in registration cancellation and forfeiture of fees.
  • All payments are due on the agreed upon payment date. If payment is not received and alternate satisfactory arrangements are not made by the payment date, the Camp reserves the right to cancel the registration and retain prior payments (including the deposit) under the Cancellation Policy.
  • All late payments will be subject to a $35 late fee charge
  • The registrant may pay the full balance at any time by check, card, or online payment and thereby end the payment-plan obligation.
  • Payment plan participants acknowledge and agree that any discounts (early-bird) may be forfeited if payment schedule is not maintained.
  • Any payment method fees (card processing surcharge) are the responsibility of the registrant and non-refundable.
  • The Camp reserves the right to modify or remove the payment-plan option in future years based on administrative or financial needs.
