CAMP DATES: June 28-30, 2018
LOCATION: SEBASTIAN RIVER MIDDLE SCHOOL is located in Sebastian, FL at 9400 Fellsmere Rd, 32958. Traveling from Melbourne/Jacksonville travel south on I-95 and take Exit 156. Traveling from South Florida, take I-95 north, and then take Exit 156.
ARRIVAL: Arrive between 1:30-2:30pm Thursday, June 28th. Camp begins at 3:00pm and meals begin with dinner on Thursday (for those that have purchased the meal plan).
AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE: We offer free shuttle service to and from the Melbourne airport for students that are flying to Penny's Camp. To make shuttle reservations, please call 772-410-4636 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your arrival/departure flight information. Shuttle reservations must be made by June 15th!
DAY CAMPERS: Classes generally run from 8:00am-12:00pm, 1:00-5:00pm, 6:00-8:00pm (classes run until 9:00pm on Thursday night). Class times vary slightly for each camp. Meals are not included but can be purhased (choose tuition + meal option), however day campers can bring their own lunch/dinner. Day campers are not permitted to leave campus during meal times.
COST: EARLY BIRD RATES (REGISTER AND PAY BY MAY 15th): $125 for day campers (tuition only). $165 for tuition + 4 meals (2 lunches & 2 dinners). $260 for tuition, 4 meals (2 lunches & 2 dinners), hotel stay, 2 continental breakfasts at the hotel, and charter busing from the hotel to the school each day.
REGULAR RATES (REGISTER AND PAY AFTER MAY 15th): $140 for day campers (tuition only). $180 for tuition + 4 meals (2 lunches & 2 dinners). $275 for tuition, 4 meals (2 lunches & 2 dinners), hotel stay, 2 continental breakfasts at the hotel, and charter busing from the hotel to the school each day.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS. Mail cashier’s checks or money order only (made payable to Penny’s Camp). School and Band Parent Association checks are accepted (made payable to Penny’s Camp)
GROUP/SPONSOR DISCOUNTS: Groups that are paying with one check and have 10 or more campers can contact the camp director for discount information and may send one sponsor for FREE. Other sponsors can attend for $125 as day campers.

MEDICAL FORMS: Medical forms will be e-mailed after registration and should be filled out by the parent and turned in upon arrival.
AGES: Rising 9th – 12th grade students. Teachers/sponsors are invited to attend camp either as a student or chaperone.
WHAT TO BRING: All campers will have some outside sessions and should wear athletic clothing (shorts, t-shirts, and sneakers) and bring spending money for snacks and the camp t-shirt! Percussion Clinic campers must bring their own marching drum, harness, and stand along with a 1-inch three ring binder.
FINAL EVALUATIONS: Marching Percussion will perform at 2:00pm in the Gym, just prior to awards. *Times are approximate and are subject to change based on the number of students that each camp evaluates. Campers will be notified of any time changes and should inform their parents.
DEPARTURE & AWARDS: The Final Camp Awards Ceremony will take place on Saturday at 2:15pm in the Gymnasium.
