Application Policy
- Registration is open to all students as posted for each camp division: Drum Major, Leadership, Color Guard, Drumline. The Camp may set minimum or preferred experience levels per division.
- On registration, the parent/guardian must complete all required forms (online) including health/medical release, code of conduct, roommate preference (if applicable), and media release.
- Space is limited and placement is on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of deposit and completed registration forms. The Camp may give priority to early-bird registrants, returning campers, or participating band-program groups as advertised.
- School/Group registrations are welcome; directors may register groups from their schools and must submit a single group check or payment (as per group registration instructions) and individual student lists by the group-registration deadline.
- After registration is accepted, the Camp will send a confirmation email with a comprehensive camper handbook with arrival/departure times, packing lists, and additional logistics.
- The Camp reserves the right to deny or remove any participant if forms are incomplete, payment is delinquent, or the behavior history does not meet the Camp’s standards. Registration cancellation by the Camp for these reasons may forfeit some or all fees per the Cancellation Policy.
