For band directors or school representatives paying with a school or booster check

  1. Please fill out the form (click on the button to the left)
  2. An invoiced will be emailed to you in 1-2 business days.
  3. After your check is received, we will email you a code and instructions for your students complete their registration online.

Pay by Credit Card:

For band directors or school representatives paying by credit card:

  1. Please click on the button to the left

  2. Choose the total number of students you are sending

  3. Fill out the checkout form to list student names for each camp division

  4. After payment, you’ll receive an email with a “discount code” for your students.

  5. Direct your students/parents to enter their information on the “Individual Registration” page. They will not be charged if they enter the discount code during the checkout process.
