Policies & Terms

  1. Registration and Eligibility. By submitting a registration, the parent/guardian (for a minor) or camper (if adult) agrees to all camp policies. Acceptance in the program is subject to payment of any required deposit and full completion of published forms.
  2. Camp Services & Scope. Penny’s Camp provides instruction, rehearsal sessions, and final-day performance/award program as described on the website and in the registration materials. The Camp reserves the right to make reasonable changes in instructors, schedule, facilities, or camp divisions.
  3. Conduct & Expectations. Campers and parents agree to abide by all rules, safety procedures, and staff directions. Misconduct may result in dismissal without refund.
  4. Intellectual Property and Media. Penny’s Camp may photograph or record campers (during rehearsals/performances) and use those images or videos for promotional or educational purposes unless a written exemption is submitted at registration.
  5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release. Participation in marching-arts/instructional camp involves inherent risks. The parent/guardian agrees to release Penny’s Camp and its employees/contractors from claims arising from personal injury, property loss, or other harm, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  6. Health and Safety. Camper must submit required health/medical forms. The Camp may require removal of a participant whose health or behavior endangers the group; in such case, no refund is guaranteed beyond the cancellation policy.
  7. Payment Obligations. The registrant is financially responsible for all fees assessed in connection with registration and participation. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of registration.
  8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution. These terms shall be governed by Florida law. Any dispute not resolved by good-faith discussion may be submitted to mediation or small-claims court as appropriate.
  9. Changes to Terms. Penny’s Camp reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify these terms; registrants will be notified of any material change.
