Camp families — we are so excited to welcome you to Penny's Camp next Sunday, June 21! An incredible week of music, growth, and fellowship is just days away. Here is everything you need to arrive ready and confident.

For check-in: bring yourself, your phone to download the new Penny's app, and money for a camp T-shirt ($20). Leave luggage and instruments in your car. Plan about an hour for check-in and dorm move-in. All campers attend the Opening Session outside the cafeteria at 2:55 PM.
Day campers on full camp days (Mon–Wed): report by 7:45 AM — Color Guard to the Gym; Leadership, Drum Major & Drumline to the Beta Lounge. Classes begin at 8:00 AM. Pick-up on all camp days is 9:30 PM (see camp handbook for more details).

Enter from 54th Avenue South and follow signs to the BETA Complex check-in (cyan star, circled in red). Park in the lot just behind BETA. Each camp's meeting area is color-labeled on the map.

Instruments & Equipment. Every camp brings their own instrument or equipment — except Drum Majors, who don't need to bring anything. Camp does not provide instruments. Secure storage is available on site.

Final Performance & Awards
|
|
|
All Four Camps Perform
Wednesday, June 24 • 3:00 PM
MacArthur Physical Education Center / Gymnasium
Doors open 30 minutes prior (2:30 PM) • Free • No tickets • General admission
Awards Ceremony follows immediately — wraps by ~4:00 PM.

Friends, family, and directors are all invited! Campers are encouraged to wear their camp T-shirt. Personal, non-flash photos/video are welcome for personal use only.

Check-out happens right after the Awards Ceremony on Wednesday. All campers must be checked out and picked up by 4:30 PM.

During Wednesday lunch, overnight campers pack and clean their dorm rooms (remove all trash and belongings). |

After the performance & awards, families meet their camper and return to the dorm to collect personal items. Day campers may leave the performance directly with their families. |

Return the room key & fob at the Beta Lounge (same place as check-in). Lost/unreturned key is $110 and fob is $45, so please return both. |

Everyone picked up and checked out by 4:30 PM. Anyone other than a parent/guardian picking up must be arranged with the Camp Office in advance. |
