Arrival

Arrivals will be scheduled (by camp) between 10:00am-1:00pm on Sunday (the first day of camp). Camp begins at 3:00pm and Meals begin with dinner on Sunday.


Classes generally run from 8:00am-11:30am, 12:30-4:30pm, 6:00-9:00pm. Class times vary slightly for each camp. Meals are not provided.

Payment Infomration

  • A $100 deposit is required at registration and will be applied to your total fee.
  • Full payment is due by June 1.

Participant Fees
Overnight Participant Fee (includes lodging, meals, and instruction)

  • Early Bird: $400 (until March 31)
  • Regular Fee: $450 (starting April 1)

Day Participant Fee (includes instruction only - bring your own lunch & dinner)

  • Early Bird: $250 (until March 31)
  • Regular Fee: $300 (starting April 1)

Cancelation Policy

Until May 31
Penny’s Camp will refund 50% of the deposit fee. The remaining 50% will be retained as a non-refundable deposit.

Starting June 1
Penny’s Camp will retain 100% of all fees – no refunds.

Leadership & Drum Major Divisions: Rising 9th – 12th grade students

Drumline & Color Guard Divisions: Rising 7th-12th grade students; Teachers/sponsors are invited to attend camp either as a student or chaperone.

Ages


ALL CAMPS: Poncho or rain coat, XL twin bed sheets, pillow, blanket, bath towel & wash cloth, soap, shampoo, and other personal hygiene items. All campers will have some outside sessions and should wear athletic clothing (shorts, t-shirts, and sneakers) and bring spending money for snacks.

LEADERSHIP CAMP students need to bring their marching instrument & a flip folder/lyre (or folding music stand). Color Guard leadership need to bring a flag for teaching purposes. Percussion leadership should bring a marching snare, tenors, or bass drum (with harness & stand) for teaching purposes.

DRUM MAJOR CAMP students need to bring a recording device (a phone is fine)

COLOR GUARD CAMP students need to bring their own flag, sabre, and or rifle

DRUMLINE CAMP students need to bring their own drum, harness, drum stand and 3-ring binder with plastic sleeves.

What to Bring


All rooms are double occupancy. If you do not list a preferred roommate, we assign one based on age, school, and/or camp division.

HOusing


Final Performance & Awards

Color Guard final performances will begin at 2:00pm in the gym.

Performances for all camps will begin at 3:00pm in the gym. These performances will be immediately followed by the Final Camp Awards Ceremony.


Once the Final Awards Ceremony is over, parents and campers return to the dorms to pick-up the camper’s personal items & RETURN THEIR ROOM KEY before heading home. All campers must be checked-out and picked up by 4:30pm.
